Williamsburg Family Dentistry, three ways.
We took everything on your current website — your dentists, services, hours, directions, reviews, and patient information — and rebuilt it in three distinct directions. Same content, three personalities. Every page in each concept is clickable, and each one works on phones as well as desktops.
The concepts

Heritage
Rooted in Williamsburg's colonial character: refined Caslon typography, parchment, navy, and brick. It feels established and trustworthy, and it puts your credentials and Dr. Rubin's three-generation family tradition up front.
- Best for
- Established families and retirees who value trust and readability
- Feels like
- Timeless, credentialed, calm
Modern
Bright, clean, and built to convert. Big friendly type, quick-action tiles, live "open now" hours, filterable services, and a sticky booking bar, so a parent on their phone can pick you in two minutes.
- Best for
- Young families and busy professionals searching on mobile
- Feels like
- Fresh, efficient, welcoming
Serene
A warm, spa-like boutique feel in sage, sand, and clay. It leads with your comfort features (nitrous oxide, TV and Pandora during treatment, a home-feel office) to put nervous patients at ease and showcase whitening and Invisalign.
- Best for
- Anxious patients and cosmetic-minded adults
- Feels like
- Gentle, unhurried, reassuring
What we noticed on the current site
Every concept fixes all of these.
Content that dates the practice
A 2020 COVID-19 page is still in the main menu, the homepage testimonials are dated 2020, and the topDENTISTS award reads "2015–2021." Patients read that as "not maintained."
Three different phone numbers
(757) 345-5500, (757) 317-3467, and (757) 317-3460 all appear on the site. If some are call-tracking lines we'll keep the tracking, but patients should see one consistent number.
Photos too small for modern screens
The dentists' photos are roughly 250-pixel family snapshots, and the building photo is 156 pixels wide. A short professional photo session would transform the site.
Paper forms that need Adobe Reader
New patients are asked to print three PDF forms. Mobile-friendly online forms would save your front desk time and patients the trip to a printer.
Dr. Hasham is missing in places
The Services and Family Dentistry pages mention only Dr. Rubin (and Dr. Dunnill), with copy like "his office." The new copy presents all three dentists as one team.
Generic, syndicated service pages
The Braces, Invisalign, Whitening, and TMJ pages use stock library articles that also appear on many other dental sites. Original copy in your voice reads better and helps local search.
Branding credits the vendor
The footer copyright names the website platform company, not the practice, and the logo is a flat image file rather than a crisp, scalable vector.
Accessibility as an add-on
The site relies on a separate "Accessibility View" toolbar. The new designs are accessible by default: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader structure.
Small copy errors
Typos like "inflammed," "adittional," and "Micheal Commons" have been corrected in every concept, and long pages are reorganized so they're easy to scan.
